1. Nature of Services
FN Media Consultant provides once-off business services, including but not limited to:
- Company registration (CIPC)
- CIDB registration and upgrades
- CSD registration and reports
- SARS & tax services (VAT, Tax PIN, eFiling)
- Compliance services (COIDA, UIF, B-BBEE, NHBRC)
- Company amendments and profile creation
- Tender and business document preparation
All services are administrative and consulting in nature and depend on third-party institutions such as CIPC, SARS, CIDB, and others.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments are manual (EFT / bank transfer only).
- Orders are marked as On Hold until payment is received and verified.
- No work will begin until payment confirmation is received.
3. Order Process
Order statuses are communicated via email as follows:
- On Hold – Awaiting payment
- Approved – Payment confirmed
- Processing – Work in progress
- Completed – Service delivered
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit required documents on time
- Respond to requests promptly
Delays in client submission will result in delays in processing.
5. Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times vary depending on the service and external institutions (e.g., CIPC, SARS, CIDB).
- FN Media Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties.
6. Revisions and Corrections
- Corrections due to client error may incur additional fees.
- Minor revisions may be accommodated at our discretion.
7. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee approval or successful outcomes from government entities (e.g., CIDB grading, SARS approvals), as these are outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents prepared remain the property of the client after full payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
FN Media Consultant is not liable for:
Delays caused by third-party entities
Rejections from government institutions
Loss of business opportunities
