Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Physical Products

All services are digital/administrative. Therefore, no physical returns apply.

2. No Refund Policy (After Work Begins)

  • Once a service has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • This includes submissions to CIPC, SARS, CIDB, or any government body.

3. Before Work Begins

  • If payment is made but work has not started, a refund request may be considered.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Client Cancellation

  • If a client cancels after submitting documents or after work has started, no refund applies.

5. Service Errors

If an error is made by FN Media Consultant, we will correct it at no additional cost.
